We were so fortunate to have Hannah with Majestic Moments help coordinate my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding and reception. From the very beginning, she was an incredible resource and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel organized, manageable, and even fun.
Hannah helped with the timeline and budget, decorations, flowers, photo backdrop, pipe and drape, candles, signage, rentals, and so many other details. Her creativity really transformed the clubhouse space, making it feel warm, beautiful, and much more intimate for the reception.
The wedding was a small, intimate gathering of about 20 people, followed two days later by a reception of approximately 50 guests. Hannah helped coordinate the setup, placement of the catered food and decorations, and all the little details that made the reception come together beautifully.
She also coordinated with the photographer and had great ideas for specific photos and special moments to capture. She worked especially well with the bride—listening to her ideas, offering thoughtful suggestions, and helping bring her vision to life.
As the mother-in-law, I especially appreciated having someone I trusted to help manage so many of the details behind the scenes. Hannah was creative, organized, calm, flexible, and incredibly attentive throughout the process.
We are so grateful to Hannah and Majestic Moments for helping make this wedding and reception so beautiful and memorable. I would highly recommend Hannah to any couple looking for someone who will genuinely care about their wedding and go the extra mile to make their vision come to life!

With 2 years of experience, I offer personalized wedding planning services—including day-of coordination, partial planning, and full planning. I also work with couples planning destination weddings. Before launching my business, I coordinated a variety of weddings and other special events, including birthday celebrations, sorority functions, and corporate retreats. I graduated from Western Kentucky University with a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and a double minor in Meeting & Convention Planning and Entrepreneurship. My approach is organized, detail-focused, and flexible to fit your needs.
